Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with customers, as well as completing all operational tasks to ensure that our customer’s supply chain runs efficiently. The Account Manager will assume responsibility of all transportation and operational needs, while providing all updates to the customer in a timely fashion.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Good understanding of transportation logistics and the freight industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Logistics is preferred, but not required
  • Experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role is preferred, but not required

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with vendors and customers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. The Logistics Coordinator will also be responsible for communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.

 

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management skills
  • Analytical Skills, ability to track and analyze data
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred
  • Experience with logistics management software is a plus

Role Description

The National Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential customers across the US. This is a full-time on-site role located in Moon, PA. The National Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating leads, tracking customer data, creating/establishing new business and servicing those customers with the necessary resources provided from JHR support. The National Sales Associate will act a a full service broker, conducting all sales and operational tasks for their book of business. The National Sales Associate will own the customer and carrier relationship.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create relationships with potential customers, negotiate bids and earn as much freight as they can while servicing them at a high level
  • Drive and hustle is a must – we want representatives that are hungry and are willing to work hard
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM & TMS software
  • Massive benefit to have previous sales experience but not mandatory
  • Massive benefit to have previous logistics experience but not mandatory

Role Description:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for primarily tracking and tracing our live shipments. This includes shipments to be picked up, in transit and upon delivery. This person is extremely organized to make sure that these notifications on truck status are timely and accurate. The Customer Service Representative is crucial to ensuring we provide a high level of service to our customers.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Extremely organized and diligent to be able to handle multiple projects ongoing at the same time
  • Good understanding of transportation logistics and the freight industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Logistics is preferred, but not required
